Requirements

  • Experience building relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities, especially in managing events, programs, and communications
  • Ability to interpret and design training programs and reinforce sales methodologies
  • Experience with reporting, tracking training impact, and using reporting tools
  • Comfort learning, leveraging, or evaluating new tools to optimize workflows
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience in SaaS or sales enablement roles is a plus
  • Authorized to work lawfully in the United States of America ( Calendly does not engage in immigration sponsorship at this time)

Responsibilities

  • Building ongoing relationships with SLG Leaders, Velocity and Enterprise AEs, and Customer Success team members
  • Assessing, designing, developing, and executing quarterly enablement program calendars for SLG
  • Coordinating and hosting SLG huddles and team trainings, and supporting offsite event planning
  • Disseminating timely business news and information across multiple functions and teams
  • Reinforcing Sandler sales methodology through training, call reviews, and reporting
  • Partnering with Product and Product Marketing to drive product release readiness and deliver ongoing feature training
  • Identifying competitive landscape shifts and sharing up-to-date training on competitors
  • Supporting the drafting and communication of operational, structural, and functional changes
