Requirements

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable pricing recommendations

Experience with multifamily property management and knowledge of real estate fundamentals

Responsibilities

Implement Systems: Lead the onboarding process for new properties, including setup, configuration, and integration of revenue management software
Develop Pricing Strategies: Analyze demand, competitor pricing, and market trends to optimize rents, renewals, and ancillary income opportunities
Monitor Performance: Track KPIs such as occupancy rates and rent growth; prepare reports and actionable insights for leadership and clients
Support Clients: Act as the primary point of contact for property teams, providing guidance, troubleshooting, and revenue recommendations
Improve Processes: Audit operational practices, recommend improvements, and ensure adherence to revenue management standards
Deliver Training: Help create training programs and materials
Conduct Market Research: Perform ongoing competitor analysis and market assessments to guide pricing decisions
