Requirements

  • Proven success in securing and managing seven-figure contracts within the aerospace and defense industry, including with primes and suppliers
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex enterprise sales cycles using a structured, process-based approach
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from procurement to executive leadership
  • Familiarity with supply chain or manufacturing operations, or a strong willingness to learn
  • Experience in sales of hardware, infrastructure, services, or enterprise software

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of strategic enterprise sales initiatives, from initial contact to contract closure and continuous growth
  • Build and manage relationships with executive-level stakeholders to co-develop growth plans that align with customer and company objectives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (engineering, operations, and product) to ensure seamless customer engagement and execution
  • Drive multi-year engagements with customers, growing accounts from initial divisions to full-enterprise partnerships
  • Represent Hadrian’s differentiated capabilities to industry decision-makers, helping advance digital and supply chain transformation within the defense sector
