Furthermore, candidates require technical knowledge of high-technology systems and the ability to engage confidently with military officials, public sector executives, and operational stakeholders, coupled with strong business acumen, emotional intelligence, exceptional organizational skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills, including familiarity with CRM systems.

Responsibilities

The Senior Technical Account Manager will develop and manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, focusing on Military Officials, Public Sector, & C-level executives, while establishing credibility with mid-level operational leaders. They will conduct comprehensive needs assessments, deliver customized solutions, lead the deal process including client visits, proposal development, and negotiation, collaborate with internal teams for successful outcomes, and work closely with the VP of Customer Success to maintain and grow long-term client partnerships. The role also involves strategic alignment with the VP of Technical Strategy, audience adaptation to build trust, and maintaining organized records in CRM systems, managing the sales pipeline, and reporting performance metrics to the leadership team.
