Requirements

Candidates should possess 10+ years of professional experience in aerospace/defense, 2+ years in Business Development, and a technical understanding of satellites and space missions, along with demonstrated success capturing space business within the DoD/IC. They must also be a continuous learner who is not afraid to lead through uncertainty, take chances, and learn from mistakes, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

As an International Business Development Manager, the individual will drive near-term and long-term growth for Muon Space in International, lead customer engagement, pipeline development, and capture efforts, provide thought leadership in strategy development, identify new opportunities and lead capture throughout pipeline stages, create and implement customer engagement plans, lead proposals and RFI responses including developing win themes, engaging with engineering, developing Price to Win, and writing content, leverage company tools to track opportunities, collaborate with other BD personnel and engineering, provide input from customers into the product technology roadmap, and work with Legal and Finance on opportunities, fulfilling all other assigned duties.
