The Sales Development Representative will engage with users and prospects to understand their Grafana journey and provide appropriate resources. They will partner with the Sales Team to identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue goals by proactively reaching out to target accounts. This role involves following up on inbound leads, conducting multi-channel outreach via email, social media, and phone calls, and using research and data to customize outreach. Responsibilities also include building and maintaining knowledge of Grafana's technology, competitors, and the open-source ecosystem, and driving discovery conversations to understand user needs.
