Responsibilities

The Principal Developer Experience Engineer will champion the effective use of AI in the software development lifecycle, defining and evangelizing best practices while ensuring responsible deployment with security, legal, and compliance stakeholders. This role involves providing hands-on training, developing learning content, and directly teaching AI development skills. Responsibilities also include implementing a strong technical onboarding program, refining the software development lifecycle, ensuring reliable developer toolchains, and collaborating with engineering leadership to define and measure productivity and satisfaction metrics. Additionally, the engineer will own or administer quality management tools, strengthen code review practices and testing strategies, and serve as an advocate for developer needs, fostering a culture of experimentation and collaboration.
