Job Description

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), your primary role is to connect the sales team with the right people at the right companies. You will be responsible for engaging prospective customers and converting them into sales opportunities to be handed off to an Account Executive for closing. This role offers a direct impact on business expansion and recognition and rewards for success. Rentable seeks top-tier performers and expects candidates to demonstrate their capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the SDR team and Account Executives to expand into key markets.
  • Prospect and research new business opportunities within property management companies.
  • Build a consistent pipeline of qualified leads for Account Executives.
  • Engage prospective customers through cold calling, LinkedIn, and email marketing.
  • Creatively identify opportunities by connecting with multiple stakeholders, including property managers, marketing directors, and senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in a sales development role.
  • 1+ years of experience in outbound cold calling for sales.
  • A friendly demeanor and a team-oriented mindset.
  • A competitive spirit.
  • Ability to qualify prospective customers and generate leads.
  • Ability to rapidly learn and apply new strategies for pre-sales outreach.
  • A relentless desire for growth and advancement.
