Candidates should possess at least one year of experience in a sales development role and one year of experience in sales outbound cold calling, demonstrating a friendly demeanor and a team-oriented mindset, alongside a competitive spirit and the ability to qualify prospective customers and generate leads, as well as rapidly learn and apply new strategies for pre-sales outreach.
As a Sales Development Representative, you will work in tandem with Account Executives to grow top markets, prospect and research new business opportunities with property management companies, build a pipeline of consistent and qualified leads, engage prospective customers via cold calling, LinkedIn, and email marketing, and creatively uncover opportunities by connecting with multiple stakeholders such as property managers, marketing directors, and senior leadership.
Automates business payments and invoicing
Routable automates business payments for enterprise and mid-market clients, streamlining accounts payable and receivable processes. The platform manages the entire payment lifecycle, including invoice processing, payment scheduling, and real-time payouts. By using Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology, Routable can scan invoices and create payables, significantly reducing processing time by 60%. The company generates revenue through subscription fees for its platform and transaction fees for processed payments, partnering with banks to ensure secure fund transfers.
