Sales Development Representative

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a Life Sciences or STEM-related field, expected to be completed between June 2022 and June 2025. Zero or more years of work experience is required, with internship or co-op experience being beneficial. Applicants must have strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, demonstrate learning agility, and show proven leadership ability. The role requires legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring future employment visa sponsorship.
As part of the Sales Development Program, participants will receive commercial and product training with real-world experiences, job shadow experienced sales professionals and subject matter experts, and partner with dedicated leaders and mentors. They will also gain networking exposure to commercial leaders, take on customer account responsibility and ownership, and work with a Program Manager to secure permanent placement upon program completion. Upon graduation from the program, individuals will transition into a full-time Inside Sales role.
