Outbound Growth Sales Development Representative

Candidates should possess at least 1 year of experience in outbound sales, preferably as an SDR or Account Executive, and be self-motivated with an outstanding work ethic. Coachable and eager to learn, candidates should also demonstrate a resilient, fearless, and persistent attitude, along with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. SaaS experience is preferred, and familiarity with the Fleetio tech stack (Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Slack) is a bonus.
The Outbound Sales Development Representative will manage outbound lead generation for the Mid-Market territory by researching and contacting prospective customers through various methods such as cold calling, emailing, and social outreach to understand their business needs and educate them on Fleetio’s capabilities. They will actively source new leads, develop detailed lead profiles in Salesforce, qualify prospect accounts, and schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives. Additionally, the SDR will assist in strategic efforts to create qualified sales opportunities and contribute to refining skills for future growth within the sales organization.
