About this role:

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) role is the starting point for a successful career in robotics & automation software sales. You will be at the forefront of Cyngn’s go-to-market strategy. This role is ideal for individuals looking to develop technology sales skills and advance their careers. Successful SDRs will create growth opportunities within the organization. You will work closely with top-tier executives and gain insight into successful sales organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Searching for leads, mapping enterprise accounts, and building demand for Cyngn’s full line of products.
  • Learning from opportunities that don’t materialize to improve the sales process.
  • Collaborating with colleagues from sales and other departments (e.g., BD, Product) to continually improve conversion rates and results.

Qualifications

  • Hungry: Aim to exceed key performance metrics.

  • Previous cold calling experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $30,000 - $35,000 per year
  • Target OTE: $120,000 - $150,000
