Sales Development Representative (SDR) Manager

Salary: $120K - $125K (Base) | $180K - $190K (OTE) Location Type: Remote (Americas) Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Overview

Tremendous is seeking a driven, metrics-focused SDR Manager to elevate our SDR team's performance. This is a high-impact leadership position for an individual passionate about building strong, repeatable processes and inspiring a team to achieve ambitious goals. You will be responsible for driving prospecting activity, pipeline generation, and high-quality sales opportunities, with a keen understanding of how activity and pipeline metrics translate to revenue outcomes. We are a fully remote, high-documentation, low-meeting culture that prioritizes efficiency, flexibility, and fulfillment.

Responsibilities

  • Own SDR Team Success: Drive prospecting activity, pipeline generation, and the creation of high-quality sales opportunities.
  • Performance Management: Relentlessly track performance, diagnose gaps, and implement actions to improve outcomes.
  • Team Development & Motivation: Set high expectations, provide accountability, and motivate SDRs to achieve their best work.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Measure everything, tie SDR activity to revenue impact, and continuously refine processes based on performance data.
  • Process Improvement: Foster a process-first culture by ensuring repeatable, scalable outbound strategies that align with Account Executive (AE) needs and business goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with Marketing, AEs, Sales Leadership, and RevOps to align the SDR team's output with overall business objectives.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience leading SDR teams.
  • 4+ years of overall experience in a Sales organization.
  • Prior success in a quota-carrying SDR or AE role.
  • Proven ability to hire, train, and develop top sales talent.
  • Passion for data and performance metrics; comfortable measuring and analyzing performance to inform strategy.
  • Familiarity with sales prospecting tools and CRM platforms (e.g., Outreach, Gong, HubSpot).
