Prior experience in a customer-focused, performance-driven, high-growth environment within sales, service, or marketing is required, along with an interest in CPG or selling innovative tools. Strong interpersonal, research, and problem-solving skills are also necessary.
The Sales Development Representative will manage, develop, and grow qualified lead volume and sales pipeline for the Analytics & Activation team. This involves qualifying inbound inquiries, conducting outbound prospecting via email, social media, and phone to schedule meetings, and supporting events through pre- and post-event outreach. Responsibilities include learning and becoming an expert in NielsenIQ solutions, effectively pitching products, responding to inquiries, developing activity plans, meeting performance metrics, maintaining CRM records, and building relationships with sales teams.
