Requirements

Candidates should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities for rapid relationship building, and be highly organized with effective time-management skills. The role requires the ability to work independently and collaboratively, proficiency in a BDR tech stack, and familiarity with or a quick learning ability in the Security and/or Threat Intelligence space. Previous experience in cultivating qualified leads, coordinating high-level sales conversations, and crafting engaging multi-channel outreach messaging is essential, along with resilience in handling objections.

Responsibilities

The Business Development Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for potential customers, identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. Responsibilities include setting meetings for the sales team, driving qualified pipeline, and executing outbound prospecting activities across various channels. The BDR will also research potential leads and target accounts, master sales pitches and prospecting methods, and align outbound strategies with sales counterparts to foster successful prospect relationships.
