Requirements

  • Strong communication instincts: Ability to adapt communication to different audiences (internal/external); writes clearly, asks good questions, makes crisp recommendations; can draft and adapt outbound messaging for technical engineers or C-suite executives; can coordinate between sales teams

Responsibilities

  • Build the commercial pipeline: Develop early-stage pipeline through direct outreach, market and company research, or channel-building experiments; focus on brand-aligned, sustainable pipeline generation (compensation tied to qualified leads/meetings and pipeline)
  • Shape go-to-market strategy: Test outbound scripts and sequencing plays, refine messaging, segment the market, design experiments for quick learning; scope and evaluate potential verticals, identify customer feedback patterns, drive special projects
  • Support sales ops: Contribute to revenue; support sales with research and collateral, set up processes and operations for GTM stack
  • Grow into an AE role: Conduct initial discovery and qualification conversations (identifying ICP fit, potential use-cases); progress to more sales ownership and quota-carrying responsibility, with expectation to close deals in 6–12 months
