User Interviews is seeking a remote, full-time Sales Development Representative (SDR) to increase our new business pipeline within Enterprise markets. This role focuses on developing and building relationships with prospects through traditional and non-traditional outreach methods. You will report to the Senior Director of Sales for New Logos and collaborate closely with the Net New Enterprise Account Executive team. Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound business-to-business calls to educate prospective customers on the value of User Interviews.
  • Utilize calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach methods to schedule meetings with prospects.
  • Prioritize account lists and signals to drive new opportunities and achieve weekly and monthly targets.
  • Qualify and initiate relationships with Enterprise Inbound Leads.
  • Maintain daily and weekly Salesforce (CRM) hygiene.
  • Identify new business opportunities.
  • Undertake associated administrative tasks as required.
  • Exceed sales targets set by the Sales Management Team.
  • Collaborate with your Manager to define strategic sales approaches.
  • Engage in daily collaboration with colleagues, sharing updates and ideas.
  • Conduct consultative discovery calls to introduce User Interviews to prospects, gather key information, and generate relevant insights.
