Requirements

The Sales Development Representative should be willing to learn B2B SaaS sales, and possess the ability to take ownership of their work and communicate clearly and transparently with distributed teammates. This role requires a proactive approach to building relationships with prospects through various outreach methods, including calls, emails, and LinkedIn, while prioritizing account lists and signals to drive new opportunities and meet weekly and monthly targets.

Responsibilities

The Sales Development Representative will make outbound business-to-business calls to evangelize and educate prospective customers on the value of User Interviews, leveraging calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach methods to schedule meetings with prospects. They will prioritize account lists and signals, qualify and initiate relationships with Enterprise Inbound Leads, complete daily and weekly Salesforce (CRM) hygiene, identify new business opportunities, undertake associated administrative tasks, exceed sales targets, collaborate with the manager to determine strategic sales approaches, and collaborate daily with colleagues to update them on developments and share ideas.
