As a Sales Development Representative, you will focus on three core missions: engaging with users and prospects to provide resources and guidance, partnering with the Sales Team to identify new business opportunities, and developing transferable skills. You will balance reactive and proactive work, responding to inbound inquiries and proactively outreaching to target accounts using a multi-channel approach (email, social, calling) and Salesforce. You will conduct research, craft value-add messaging, drive discovery conversations, and consistently meet new business opportunity and pipeline targets while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
