Requirements

Candidates should have experience in approaching mid-enterprise level brands in the US market, including mapping brands, clear outreach methodology, and strong lead generation experience. Experience working with a wider sales team internally and the ability to think outside the box when approaching new clients are essential. Proficiency with LinkedIn, Groove (or similar), Gong (or similar), and Salesforce (or similar) is required, along with confidence in achieving targets. Familiarity with the MarTech or SaaS space is beneficial, as is the ability to confidently write and tailor email sequences, with experience using AI for tailoring being a plus. A passionate, positive, and success-focused attitude is also desired.

Responsibilities

The Sales Development Representative will target enterprise and mid-market brands across the US to generate leads and book introductory calls. Responsibilities include actioning, revising, and tailoring email sequences using Groove, reaching out via LinkedIn and phone, and conducting extensive pre-research for an Account-Based Marketing approach. The role involves staying updated on industry and brand developments, introducing Business Development Managers to clients, participating in introductory calls, developing relationships with affiliates and agencies, attending relevant events, and maintaining Salesforce with up-to-date activities. Additionally, the SDR will contribute to the US strategy and shape communication with the US audience, including adapting case studies.
