Position Overview

Pion is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing US team. As an SDR, you will play a critical role in lead generation, identifying and engaging with medium and enterprise-level brands. Your efforts will directly contribute to Pion's mission of rewarding those who shape our world.

Responsibilities

  • Target enterprise and mid-market brands across the US to generate leads and book introductory calls.
  • Action, revise, and tailor email sequences using tools like Groove.
  • Reach out to external brands via LinkedIn and phone.
  • Conduct extensive pre-research for an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) approach.
  • Stay updated on industry and brand developments relevant to your outreach.
  • Introduce clients to our Business Development Managers (BDMs) and participate in initial introductory calls.
  • Develop relationships with affiliates and agencies to generate leads.
  • Attend relevant affiliate and company events.
  • Maintain up-to-date activities and notes in Salesforce.
  • Contribute to the US strategy and shape communication with the US audience, including adapting case studies to US language.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in approaching mid-enterprise level brands in the US market, including mapping brands, clear outreach methodologies, and strong lead generation experience.
  • Experience working with a wider internal Sales team.
  • Ability to think creatively and unconventionally when approaching new clients.
  • Proficiency with tools such as LinkedIn, Groove (or similar), Gong (or similar), and Salesforce (or similar).
  • Confidence in achieving targets and metrics, particularly in LinkedIn, email, and call outreach.
  • Familiarity with the MarTech or Software as a Service (SaaS) space is beneficial.
  • Ability to confidently write and tailor your own email sequences.
  • Experience using AI for tailoring sequences is beneficial but not essential.
  • A passionate, positive, and success-driven attitude for both personal and team achievements.
