The Sales Development Representative will focus on generating new, upsell, and cross-sell revenue from business accounts. They are expected to consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals, while identifying and developing qualified sales opportunities through various channels. The role involves working closely with inbound marketing to cultivate customer relationships, executing outbound prospecting techniques, and qualifying leads to meet monthly targets. Additionally, they will log activities in Salesforce and collaborate with the Account Executive team to strengthen the sales pipeline.
