- Prospecting: Finding high-quality leads using cold calling, email outreach, and social selling

- Relationship Building: Building rapport with disability services professionals and becoming a trusted advisor
- Pipeline Management: Progressing qualified leads through the sales funnel, scheduling demos, and ensuring a smooth handoff to Account Executives
- Data Tracking: Leveraging data and analytics to monitor progress and refine approach
- Collaboration: Working closely with the SDR team, Account Executives, and the Demand Marketing team to identify strategic targets and develop prospecting sequences
