Sales Development Representatives will work in conjunction with the sales team to research and evaluate prospective leads, establishing rapport and educating prospects on HopSkipDrive's services. They will use a consultative sales approach to assess client needs, conduct cold calls and emails to identified leads, and utilize Salesforce CRM to manage the sales funnel and outreach strategies. The role involves meeting or exceeding SDR quotas, qualifying leads, assigning them to Account Executives, and meeting assigned monthly and quarterly goals.
