Requirements

Candidates should possess a 4-year college degree and 1-3 years of experience in SaaS sales development, including cold outreach and lead qualification. Prior professional experience in a customer-focused, performance-driven sales, service, or marketing team within a high-growth, fast-paced environment is required. Experience with or interest in CPG or selling niche tools is preferred, along with strong interpersonal, research, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office Suite and MS Dynamics 365 (CRM) is also needed.

Responsibilities

The Sales Development Representative will manage, develop, and grow qualified lead volume and sales pipeline for the Partner Network team. Responsibilities include qualifying inbound inquiries, conducting outbound prospecting via email, social media, and phone to schedule initial meetings for sales representatives, and supporting events through pre- and post-event outreach. The role involves learning industry and company solutions, pitching products to decision-makers, responding to inquiries promptly, and developing activity cadence plans to maximize prospecting efficiency. Meeting and exceeding key performance metrics and maintaining accurate CRM records are also essential duties.
