Requirements

  • Graduate from a business school or sales-focused program (IUT/BTS/Bachelor's)
  • Previous internship or experience as an SDR in a structured sales environment
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication, capable of handling high volumes of customer interactions daily

Responsibilities

  • Handle 100% inbound leads; no prospecting required. Homeowners schedule appointments directly through marketing campaigns (Instagram, TikTok, Google)
  • Conduct initial 20-30 minute calls to understand customer needs, present Zefir’s value proposition, and schedule follow-up meetings with Account Executives
  • Effectively manage around 20 scheduled customer interactions daily, maintaining meticulous organization and follow-up
  • Work closely with Account Executives to optimize conversion rates and ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Play a pivotal role in advancing leads through the sales funnel, directly contributing to company growth
  • Rapidly progress towards an Account Executive role within 4-6 months, gaining key sales skills and industry knowledge
