Candidates must have 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, be hungry, aggressive, and motivated. Familiarity with sales technologies for prospecting and attracting prospects is required, along with a self-starter attitude and comfort in limited process environments. Full-cycle sales experience and the ability to navigate complex enterprise deals are essential. Strong communication skills for clearly and objectively communicating field observations are also necessary. Previous selling experience in Software Engineering, Data Science, or Machine Learning is considered a bonus.
The Enterprise Account Executive will act as a networker, seller, and closer, building relationships with AI/ML stakeholders and actively participating in the community. Responsibilities include conducting discovery with prospects, sharing the Arize vision, and running a sophisticated prospecting strategy to identify and win new deals. They will create sales plays, write talk tracks, strategically identify new business opportunities, and conduct deep research on accounts, stakeholders, and competitors. The role also involves managing proof of concepts, driving adoption, growing accounts, and navigating internal/external stakeholders to ensure success. Understanding use cases, scoping licensing, and finding more workloads are key duties, with a preference for using BANT or MEDDIC methodology.
