Requirements

Candidates must have experience managing engineering teams, preferably in high-growth settings with a focus on AI/ML technologies. Responsibilities

Responsibilities include leading the development and maintenance of scalable backend systems, guiding the design of data models for RAG, and instilling a product-focused mindset to ensure core product functionality is stable and reliable. The manager will also collaborate cross-functionally with leadership and product teams to align priorities and integrate technology into strategic decision-making.
