Requirements

Candidates should have at least 2 years of consultative sales experience and success as an individual sales contributor. Experience prospecting and closing opportunities via phone and in person, using CRM software (SFDC preferred), and selling in a committee-driven environment with multiple decision-makers is required. The ability to travel up to 25% of the time and comfort with technology are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Sales Associate will be responsible for creating and closing new business opportunities, managing relationships with current customers, and developing/executing a new business plan for their territory. This includes targeting, calling, and engaging prospects, working with them through the sales cycle, building and maintaining a healthy pipeline, qualifying client needs, and aligning the value of solutions. The role also involves collaborating with the extended sales team, conducting product demonstrations and presentations, and logging all sales activities and client contacts in Salesforce.
