As a Customer Success Strategist at Syrup, you will be the primary point of contact for our growing base of enterprise customers, ensuring they extract maximum value from our algorithmic platform. Our focus is 100% on turning customers into advocates for Syrup. We are seeking individuals who can blend technical understanding with relationship management, and data storytelling with project execution. You will navigate complex stakeholder environments while maintaining a deep understanding of our product's technical capabilities. As we are still building our foundation, you will play a key role in shaping how we deliver exceptional customer experiences at scale.
