The Customer Success Strategist will serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, bridging technical capabilities with business outcomes. Responsibilities include leading new customer implementations, developing success plans, translating algorithmic concepts into business value, creating data-driven business reviews, identifying optimization opportunities, building relationships across customer organizations, tracking customer health metrics, and collaborating with Product and Engineering teams.
