Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree and have over 5 years of successful sales experience, with at least 3 years specifically in medical device or healthcare technology sales. Experience in cardiology, electrophysiology, and integrated delivery networks (IDNs) is strongly preferred, along with a proven track record in market share capture, new territory/product launches, or displacing incumbents through value-based selling.
The Territory Manager will accelerate growth by acquiring new business, expanding the company's footprint across key health systems, and capturing market share within a defined geographic territory. Responsibilities include proactively identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, developing and executing a territory growth plan, and leading the full sales cycle from lead generation to onboarding. The role involves delivering high-impact sales presentations, establishing and deepening relationships with key opinion leaders and stakeholders, building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline using Salesforce.com, managing account performance and operational health, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Additionally, the Territory Manager will continuously analyze territory performance, market trends, and competitive activity to refine strategies and provide ongoing feedback to leadership, consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales goals.
