Responsibilities

  • Own all aspects of CRM (Salesforce) administration, including user management, data integrity, creating and maintaining reports and dashboards, and managing custom fields and objects
  • Proactively identify and streamline manual processes for the sales team, from lead to close, to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Partner directly with sales leadership and other stakeholders to understand business needs and contribute to strategic projects like SKU design and defining key data points for the sales pipeline
  • Play a part in optimizing the broader GTM tech stack, exploring integrations with tools like Clay, SalesBricks, Apollo, Outreach, ChurnZero, and more to automate processes and power outbound and customer success motions
  • Develop skills in automation and potentially custom development, embracing an "automate, then transform" mindset, including leveraging AI
  • Collaborate closely with the data team to leverage their expertise, exploring AI integration into Salesforce to drive efficiencies, automation, and provide critical data for insightful reporting
  • Own the day-to-day administration, optimization, and innovation across the revenue tech stack to support go-to-market teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success)
