Requirements

Candidates should have 4+ years of experience in Salesforce administration and GTM systems, with strong expertise in building Salesforce Flows, formulas, and field logic. They must be comfortable managing backlogs and sprint ceremonies using tools like Jira, and have experience creating documentation, SOPs, and release notes for end-users. A deep understanding of CRM data governance and sales/marketing workflows is essential, along with clear communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical teams. Preferred qualifications include a Salesforce Administrator Certification and hands-on experience in Flow consolidation and scalable architecture.

Responsibilities

The Business Systems Analyst will serve as the operational bridge between the Revenue Systems Architect and key stakeholder teams, streamlining processes and improving the use of Salesforce and other GTM systems. Responsibilities include frontline support, backlog execution, sprint hygiene, documentation, and change management, as well as core Salesforce admin tasks. This involves building and maintaining Salesforce Flows, replacing legacy automation, configuring system elements, and supporting CPQ and Field Service Lightning. The role also entails managing the sprint board, participating in agile ceremonies, coordinating user acceptance testing, and publishing release notes. Additionally, the analyst will maintain system documentation, ensure proper deployment processes, provide end-user training, ensure data accuracy and hygiene for Opportunities, Orders, Leads, Contacts, and Accounts, and troubleshoot integrations across various GTM tools.
