Candidates should have 3+ years of experience at a top tier Management or Strategy Consulting firm, 2+ years of operating experience in Corporate Strategy, Business Operations, or Sales Strategy in a high-growth, fast paced environment at a B2B SaaS organization, and experience defining and operationalizing GTM Strategy with proven experience driving impact on retention and expansion metrics (GRR, NRR, etc.).
As Revenue Strategy & Operations Manager, you will drive strategic initiatives to shape customer engagement, retention, and growth, conduct advanced market and customer analyses to identify opportunities, own and evolve the reporting framework for sales KPIs, serve as a strategic thought partner to GTM leadership, provide operational support to the Sales organization, run and evolve key operating cadences, and collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Finance, and Marketing to ensure alignment and shared ownership of customer outcomes.
