Job Description: Sales Operations Specialist

Position Overview

Bonterra is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to drive impact by supporting the sales and BDR teams. This role focuses on optimizing sales processes, managing outreach cadences, and leveraging data to enhance effectiveness. Bonterra's mission is to accelerate growth in the social good industry, aiming to increase the giving rate as a percentage of GDP to 3% by 2033.

Salary

US annual salary: $83,000 - $105,000 Note: Compensation range is for US-based candidates. International offers may vary based on local market compensation standards.

Responsibilities

Cadence Management

  • Design inbound and outbound campaign cadences for Sales and BDR teams, aligning with product messaging.
  • Manage and maintain updated documentation for all team cadences.
  • Monitor cadence statistics and results, utilizing A/B testing and data analysis for informed updates.
  • Ensure alignment with marketing on campaign calendars and cadence plans.
  • Support and build enablement tools related to outbound efforts and cadences.
  • Manage tools for personalized cadences, monitoring for improvements and accuracy.

Sales Operations

  • Leverage quantitative skills to interpret data, gain insights, and translate them into actionable improvements.
  • Provide cross-functional support for initiatives and project coordination to optimize the sales process.
  • Implement AI-first models and integrate AI where appropriate.
  • Maintain process documentation for inbound and outbound efforts between Sales, BDR, and Marketing.
  • Identify and scale best practices within the Bonterra process.
  • Develop automations and workflows to address identified gaps or bottlenecks.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or related roles.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Comfortable using analytics to measure effectiveness.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Advanced Excel skills.
    • Proficiency in SalesLoft, 6Sense, SalesForce, Confluence, and SQL/Python.
  • Sales Knowledge: Understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
  • Communication Skills: Proficient in creating effective sales cadences and communication.
  • Collaboration & Adaptability: Ability to develop rapport with colleagues and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Sponsorship: Candidates requiring current or future sponsorship for employment authorization cannot be considered.
