Requirements

Candidates should possess 3-5 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or similar roles. They must demonstrate a data-driven approach, utilizing analytics for effectiveness measurement. Proficiency in technical skills including advanced Excel, SalesLoft, 6Sense, SalesForce, Confluence, and SQL/Python is required. Strong knowledge of sales processes and methodologies, along with excellent communication skills for effective sales cadence creation, is essential. The ability to collaborate effectively and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment is also necessary. Candidates requiring current or future sponsorship for employment authorization cannot be considered.

Responsibilities

The Revenue Programs Manager will design and manage inbound and outbound campaign cadences for Sales and BDR teams, ensuring alignment with product messaging and the marketing campaign calendar. They will maintain updated documentation for all cadences, monitor and analyze cadence performance using data and A/B testing to make informed decisions, and support the creation of enablement tools related to outbound efforts. Responsibilities also include managing tools for personalized cadences, optimizing the sales process through cross-functional initiatives and project coordination, implementing AI where appropriate, maintaining process documentation, and identifying/scaling best practices and process automations.
