Candidates should have 5+ years in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations with a focus on SDR or inside sales teams, deep experience with Salesforce, sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft), and SDR tooling, a data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and strong organizational and detail-oriented abilities.
As a Revenue Operations Manager, you will own end-to-end SDR operations including territory design, pipeline management, playbook design, and process design, manage CRM and sales engagement tool processes, analyze SDR performance metrics to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement, collaborate with Marketing and Business Systems to align lead routing and qualification criteria, partner with SDR Leadership to forecast pipeline and revenue impact, and lead cross-functional initiatives that enhance SDR productivity and overall revenue growth.
