Vanta's mission is to secure the internet and protect consumer data by enabling continuous security monitoring and verification. We are seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to own and optimize our SDR operations. This role is crucial for scaling SDR productivity and efficiency through repeatable processes, improved tooling, and data insights. Reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations, you will collaborate with Sales Leadership and Marketing to ensure the SDR engine is highly effective.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end SDR operations including territory design, pipeline management, playbook design, and process design.
  • Develop and maintain scalable processes and playbooks for the SDR team.
  • Manage CRM and sales engagement tools/processes to maximize adoption and data integrity.
  • Analyze SDR performance metrics to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Business Systems to align lead routing, qualification criteria, and handoff processes.
  • Partner with SDR Leadership to forecast pipeline and revenue impact from SDR activities.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance SDR productivity and overall revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations, with a focus on SDR or inside sales teams.
  • Deep experience with Salesforce, sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft), and SDR tooling.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, with comfort in partnering across sales, marketing, and leadership.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments with ambiguity and changing priorities.
  • Enthusiasm for building a best-in-class scalable outbound engine for the SDR team.
