Vanta's mission is to secure the internet and protect consumer data by enabling continuous security monitoring and verification. We are seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to own and optimize our SDR operations. This role is crucial for scaling SDR productivity and efficiency through repeatable processes, improved tooling, and data insights. Reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations, you will collaborate with Sales Leadership and Marketing to ensure the SDR engine is highly effective.
Note on Compensation: Base pay ranges are provided for transparency, benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate location, skills, experience, and relevant credentials.
