Responsibilities

The Revenue Operations Specialist will optimize Kin’s decline monetization and cross-sell funnels, primarily focusing on increasing the quantity and quality of internal leads for EIG Sales Agents. This role involves designing and optimizing lead workflows and automations, partnering with Kin Revenue Operations and EIG Sales/Business Analytics to improve tools and integrations, and building dashboards to track KPIs. Responsibilities also include running A/B tests to enhance lead transfer and conversion rates, investigating lead performance trends, and acting as the main point of contact for EIG’s lead qualification tools.
