Role Description

As a Revenue Operations Specialist with EIG, you will be an integral part of our Agency Management Team, focusing on optimizing Kin’s decline monetization and cross-sell funnels. Your primary responsibility will be to increase the volume and quality of internal leads from the Kin Reciprocal that connect with our EIG Sales Agents. This will involve close collaboration with the Kin Revenue Operations Team and the EIG Management Team (specifically EIG Sales and Business Analytics) to design and implement data-driven strategies that enhance key components of EIG’s internal lead acquisition funnel.

You will have the opportunity to contribute as part of a team while leveraging your problem-solving abilities. Furthermore, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine our processes and play a crucial role in our team's success. A key attribute for success in this role is being a fast learner with a strong work ethic, eager to understand diverse systems and departments.

A Day in the Life Could Include:

  • Designing and optimizing lead workflows and automations to improve performance.
  • Partnering closely with Kin Revenue Operations and EIG Sales/Business Analytics to identify, implement, and enhance tools and integrations.
  • Building and maintaining dashboards and reports to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and identify insights.
  • Conducting A/B tests to improve lead transfer and conversion rates across different segments.
  • Investigating trends in lead performance, both positive and negative, and recommending data-informed solutions.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for EIG’s lead qualification tools (e.g., CRM, Regal, AI Voice).

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions and translate analytical findings into actionable strategies.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with excellent communication abilities.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar systems.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in a high-growth or startup environment.
  • Background in the insurance industry, particularly in personal lines or agency sales.
  • Familiarity with outbound dialer systems like Regal.
  • Exposure to AI tools or emerging customer engagement technologies.
