Candidates should have 2-3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or top-tier management consulting, preferably supporting Enterprise B2B SaaS organizations. A strong understanding of territory planning, pipeline governance, and sales process enablement is required, along with proficiency in Salesforce. Advanced Excel/Sheets skills are necessary, and experience with BI tools like Sigma is a plus. The role also requires excellent communication, prioritization, and project management skills, comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to travel quarterly for QBRs.
The Sales Operations Analyst will partner with Sales Leadership and Account Executives to drive operational efficiency, focusing on sales planning, territory management, and pipeline governance. Responsibilities include managing US-based territory optimization and account assignments, establishing and enforcing pipeline management best practices, and ensuring forecast accuracy. The analyst will also develop and maintain process documentation, educate sales teams on policies, drive adherence to rules of engagement, and collaborate with GTM Systems on Salesforce enhancements. Additionally, the role involves leading special projects and performing ad hoc data analysis and reporting.
