As the Revenue Operations Lead, responsibilities include overseeing and aligning Sales Operations and Marketing Operations to achieve shared revenue and growth goals, establishing and monitoring key revenue performance metrics, developing and maintaining processes that improve effectiveness across the revenue cycle, managing the sales and marketing technology stacks to ensure seamless integration and optimization, collaborating on developing and managing incentive programs for GTM teams, and working closely with marketing, sales, finance, and leadership teams to ensure alignment on goals and processes.
