Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, along with at least 7 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar role, with a strong focus on compensation strategy. Experience in the SaaS or dental industry is highly preferred, and a Master’s degree or relevant certifications are beneficial. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Looker and BI platforms are required, along with experience in commission and incentive plan design and administration.

Responsibilities

As a Revenue Strategy & Operations Senior Manager, GTM Compensation, you will design and optimize sales compensation plans across multiple sales segments, partnering with Sales Leadership to model and implement new structures aligned with business objectives. You will analyze sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, manage day-to-day compensation operations including commission calculations and payouts, and collaborate with Finance, Legal, and People Operations to ensure compliance. Additionally, you will benchmark external market data, drive adoption of new plans through communication and training, and provide infrastructure support for rep information and compensation processes.
