Requirements

Candidates should have 2-4 years of experience managing high-performing engineering teams and 7+ years of experience in large-scale backend distributed systems. A strong focus on scalability, performance, and quality is essential, along with high empathy and excellent communication skills. A BS degree in Computer Science, a similar technical field, or equivalent practical experience is required. Experience with Go, Kubernetes, Flink, Kafka, and BigQuery is a significant advantage.
