Responsibilities

The Manager, Revenue Planning & Analysis will lead a team responsible for short-term forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, evaluating and measuring initiatives, and developing long-range strategic plans. This role involves partnering with business owners and senior leadership to critically assess key business decisions, utilizing data-driven modeling, scenario planning, and analysis focused on optimizing revenue outcomes. Responsibilities include collaborating with business partners to identify revenue drivers for outlooks and forecasts, overseeing monthly and quarterly financial variance reporting, providing insights to inform senior leadership on business performance, conducting sensitivity and trend analysis, developing predictive forecasts and financial models, collaborating with cross-functional leaders on strategic projects, managing and developing Senior Financial Analysts, upholding consistent standards for financial planning and reporting, and ensuring effective collaboration across the Finance organization.
