Requirements

Responsibilities

The Revenue Operations Manager will act as a strategic advisor and operational partner to leadership teams, proactively identifying opportunities for sales process improvement and working with management to address bottlenecks. Responsibilities include maintaining and enhancing analytics and reporting frameworks to track key sales metrics, developing dashboards for pipeline performance visibility, and providing actionable insights to sales leaders. The role involves regular check-ins with sales leaders and field representatives to identify productivity improvement opportunities and lead performance initiatives, communicating regularly with senior leadership on sales operations metrics and strategic recommendations, and coordinating with revenue operations teammates on systems and process improvements for the sales organization.
