Strong familiarity with sales lead routing platforms like Salesforce, Chili Piper, or LeanData, and experience maintaining or troubleshooting workflow rules is required. Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify issues, and propose actionable solutions within a sales process environment, along with effective communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams are essential. The role requires the ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced setting, with strong analytical skills and mastery of Salesforce or equivalent CRM, and advanced Excel/Google Sheets. Experience in high-growth SaaS or technology environments is preferred, as is comfort working in ambiguity and shifting between high-level strategy and hands-on execution.
The Sales Operations Analyst will support Sales and Marketing teams by resolving operations tickets in the Jira queue and maintaining the lead routing framework critical to business processes.
