Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in high-growth B2B SaaS organizations, preferably in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations. Proven ability to implement and scale sales tech stacks, particularly those centered around Hubspot CRM, is required. A strong track record of partnering with executive leadership to operationalize GTM strategy, along with being detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, is essential. Experience in day-to-day sales and marketing support, forecasting, process optimization, and performance scaling is also necessary. Experience with systems integration, workflow automation, and building RevOps functions from the ground up at an early-stage, fast-growth SaaS company are considered pluses.
The Revenue Operations role involves designing and implementing the RevOps framework, including sales process, forecasting, territory design, pipeline management, and GTM reporting. Responsibilities include owning and optimizing the GTM systems stack, such as CRM, automation tools, and analytics platforms, to drive scalability and data integrity. The role requires partnering with Sales and Marketing leadership to define funnel metrics, pipeline velocity, and attribution models, as well as leading AE capacity planning, quota setting, territory/account strategy, and annual planning cycles. Additionally, the position involves building scalable reporting and dashboards for executive leadership and Board-level visibility, developing and maintaining data governance practices, and continuously identifying process bottlenecks, designing improvements, and implementing automation to increase efficiency across the revenue engine.
