Responsibilities

  • Support & guide your remote team of Wingtranauts across Europe & the US
  • Co-develop Wingtra’s commercial strategy as part of the senior leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO
  • Align sales, marketing, and customer success operations with overall revenue goals, defining key commercial KPIs and performance frameworks
  • Build and maintain scalable commercial and partner programs, including legal, operational, and enablement frameworks
  • Design and optimize order-to-cash (O2C) processes, pipeline management, lead handover, and partner onboarding processes to drive growth and efficiency
  • Eliminate silos and foster cross-functional collaboration by documenting and standardizing workflows across teams and regions
  • Establish a unified, accurate data infrastructure across HubSpot, Impartner, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Looker Studio, Google Sheets)
  • Track and analyze KPIs across the customer lifecycle (conversion, retention, upsell), ensuring accurate forecasting and commission reporting
  • Provide actionable insights through dashboards, QBRs, and partner reports to guide strategic decision-making
  • Manage and enhance the revenue tech stack, ensuring seamless data flow and a 360° customer view, while driving adoption through training and support
  • Develop and oversee partner enablement strategies and track partner maturity and performance metrics
