Responsibilities

Support & guide your remote team of Wingtranauts across Europe & the US
Co-develop Wingtra’s commercial strategy as part of the senior leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO
Align sales, marketing, and customer success operations with overall revenue goals, defining key commercial KPIs and performance frameworks
Build and maintain scalable commercial and partner programs, including legal, operational, and enablement frameworks
Design and optimize order-to-cash (O2C) processes, pipeline management, lead handover, and partner onboarding processes to drive growth and efficiency
Eliminate silos and foster cross-functional collaboration by documenting and standardizing workflows across teams and regions
Establish a unified, accurate data infrastructure across HubSpot, Impartner, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Looker Studio, Google Sheets)
Track and analyze KPIs across the customer lifecycle (conversion, retention, upsell), ensuring accurate forecasting and commission reporting
Provide actionable insights through dashboards, QBRs, and partner reports to guide strategic decision-making
Manage and enhance the revenue tech stack, ensuring seamless data flow and a 360° customer view, while driving adoption through training and support
Develop and oversee partner enablement strategies and track partner maturity and performance metrics
