Responsibilities

Lead and provide direction for the Managed Service Provider (MSP)
Drive processing improvements through optimization and implementation of new operational features
Provide senior-level expertise on Cloud Operations strategy, consumption, and optimization
Identify and implement opportunities to standardize Cloud environments
Provide Cloud governance, processes, and technical advisory support to business units
Participate as required for Incident Management (Level 2/3 escalation point)
Participate and develop client relationships within Operations, Business partners, MSPs, and Cloud Providers
Work with cross-functional teams to support the engineering and implementation of new Cloud applications
Explore and prototype AI-driven solutions to automate incident response, predict system failures, and summarize telemetry data
Lead research and evaluation of cutting-edge AI and GenAI tools applicable to Infrastructure Operations
Design and prototype AI-driven systems for automated incident detection, anomaly classification, and infrastructure forecasting
