Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Education, HR, or related field
  • 3+ years in medical/pharma sales; Cardiology sales experience strongly preferred
  • 3+ years in learning & development: developing, delivering and measuring training programs in a full-time training role
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills
  • Selling methodology expertise
  • Experience overseeing training vendor relationships; ensuring adherence to all relevant policies
  • Experience with LMS and sales enablement platforms
  • Proven project planning skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities

  • Lead Learning That Drives Results: Design and deliver dynamic, engaging training experiences—virtually and in-person—that energize and equip our Cardiac PET sales teams
  • Build blended learning programs using adult learning principles, instructional design, and cutting-edge tools
  • Measure program effectiveness and adapt content or delivery to improve satisfaction, knowledge transfer, behavior change, and business results
  • Train Cardiac PET Account Managers on strategic customer engagement, deal execution and marketing content utilization
  • Champion a new consultative and solution-oriented selling model’s adoption
  • Provide ongoing support through technology platforms, ensuring access to the tools and content needed for success
  • Use LMS and sales enablement platforms to drive and monitor new hire readiness
  • Create dashboards to measure training impact and continuously improve programs
  • Partner with peers on the PDx USCAN Commercial Learning team
  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing Leaders, to align learning with strategic goals
  • Participate on cross-functional teams along with Medical, Legal, Regulatory, Compliance and Commercial Excellence counterparts
  • Keep training content fresh and relevant by staying on top of nuclear cardiology market trends, competitor activity, and product innovation
  • Ensure all training programs meet compliance standards and reflect best practices in learning and development
