The ideal candidate will possess a business or STEM undergraduate degree, with an MBA or STEM-related advanced degree being preferred. They should have at least 3 years of experience in Management Consulting, Investment Banking, or Private Equity, or alternatively, 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related GTM strategy role, with experience at a high-growth startup being a plus. Strong analytical skills, high proficiency in Excel, and experience with analytics tools like Looker or Tableau are essential. The role also requires experience in designing and implementing processes and workflows at scale, strong executive presence, effective communication skills, and excellent business writing abilities.
This role will own, monitor, and evaluate key workflows and processes within the sales, account management, and customer success teams. The Revenue Operations Manager will develop and utilize logical frameworks to address issues, conduct ad-hoc data analysis to support revenue strategy, and serve as the primary escalation point for revenue-related inquiries. They will integrate people, process, and systems strategies to achieve revenue and strategic objectives, establish and track key performance metrics, and collaborate with the Salesforce Administrator to optimize tools such as Outreach, Salesforce, and HubSpot.
