Requirements

The Retail Enablement Manager should possess a successful track record of building deep relationships with retailers to expand LeafLink’s reach and deepen engagement, and be a proactive self-starter comfortable with change and a fast pace. Excellent communication skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines are essential, along with the capacity to travel up to 30% of the time.

Responsibilities

This role involves acting as the primary Retail Enablement partner for a book of business, collaborating with Account Managers and specialists to deliver adoption, satisfaction, and growth, attending events, and traveling. The manager will help retailers succeed by aligning their goals with LeafLink’s platform capabilities, own their engagement and satisfaction, steer enablement efforts through onboarding and training, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, build relationships across retailers, research customer data to identify operational gaps, and serve as a platform expert, keeping customers informed about updates.
