SweedPos, a product-driven startup building an all-in-one cannabis retail platform, is seeking a motivated Account Manager to join our remote team. This role is crucial in building a scalable, proactive Account Management function and will be part of the early foundation of our evolving Customer Success organization. You will help define what great customer experience looks like and directly impact it.
Sweed is revolutionizing cannabis retail operations with an enterprise-grade platform that integrates POS, eCommerce, Marketing, Analytics, and Inventory Management into a single, seamless solution. We aim to eliminate the need for multiple third-party tools, focusing on simplicity, efficiency, and innovation to drive real business growth for cannabis retailers.

As an Account Manager at Sweed, you will be instrumental in the success of our clients and our business. You will act as a relationship manager, drive upsells, assist with onboarding, consult on industry best practices, and proactively identify and address churn risks.
