Candidates should possess a strong blend of marketing acumen, digital media proficiency, analytical expertise, and strategic thinking, with demonstrated experience growing businesses and marketing programs at scale, and the perfect blend of being highly analytical and data-proficient, with a deep understanding of digital marketing across a variety of channels, and experience with both a digital/e-commerce and human-led, lead-based sales funnel.
The Growth Marketing Strategist will lead strategic planning, robust analytics and forecasting in support of the Growth team, diversifying and scaling media programs including ongoing optimization and mix allocation within core media channels (e.g., Meta, Paid Search, TikTok) and identification of new media channels for experimentation. They will also oversee macro Growth performance and source-level KPIs, lead daily governance of full-funnel metrics, collaborate with data engineering and other teams to develop data tools, analyze data to extract insights and influence leadership, and develop and lead execution of quarterly strategic media plans supporting business objectives.
