Requirements

Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in content strategy, technical writing, or proposal development, demonstrating success in managing complex RFP and proposal processes. Responsibilities

The Adoptions & RFP Manager will lead and monitor the proposal development process for RFPs, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality submissions by working closely with internal stakeholders and analyzing proposal performance. They will manage the end-to-end proposal development process, including drafting, editing, formatting, and ensuring compliance with client specifications and company standards, while creating and maintaining reusable content and proposal materials. The role involves managing project timelines, coordinating team efforts, and evaluating proposals to identify continuous process improvements, as well as producing high-quality, precise documentation for internal and external audiences and refining materials to meet high standards of quality.
